Good day Future MDs, welcome to PPC's blogs  This blog will focus more on the Annex A, B, and C, on my original blog or guide (E. During the Exam portion), I had written there about the annexes, however, due to some changes that happened esp March 2023 batch here in NCR that there is QR code and now it the type of Annex Forms that you will submit differs depending on the exam site where you will take the exam, I decided to write this as a supplementary blog in which can guide you where you will take the exam. The Goal of this blog is to help the examinees or guide them wherever you will take your Physician Licensure Exam and what form you will pass **Disclaimers:  1.
